We are the home club of Jim Armstrong, the 2014 & 2010 Paralympic Gold Medalist, winner of the 2013, 2011 & 2009 World Wheelchair Championships and who has previously appeared in 6 Briers during the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s.

Galt Country Club is the home of the 2007 Senior Women’s World Silver Medalists skipped by Anne Dunn. Her team’s previous accomplishments include the World Senior Women’s Championships in 2004 and 2002, Canadian and Ontario Senior Women’s Championships in 2006, 2004, 2002 and 2001 as well as representing Ontario in the 2003 Scott Tournament of Hearts.
